Kate Blair's Profile

Kate Blair has been a real estate agent since 2017. She is also part of the National Association of Realtors, Mountains to Shores Board of Realtors, and the Maine Association of Realtors Foundation Board. Kate works alongside her husband Zach Blair who has been in real estate since 2011. Together they make a great team to help their clients. Zach and Kate started a new adventure in early 2023 with a colleague to open and run their own real estate agency, PinePoint Realty in Greene Maine. She keeps her mind open and keeps trying to grow to be the best agent she can be for her and Zach’s buyers and sellers.

Kate was born and raised in Auburn Maine. Prior to getting her real estate license Kate graduated from Edward Little High School in 2005 and spent the next few years going to college to be an Ed Tech in the school systems. Her experience has included working in retail and childcare centers. She and her husband are raising their daughter in Maine and love it! They also have a poodle-pointer dog that has added some extra adventure to their lives. During Kate’s off hours, she enjoys dancing, cooking/baking, and learning how to garden.
