Our Team
Zachery Blair grew up in Maine and graduated from Edward Little High School in Auburn. He now calls Leeds, ME home, where he lives with his wife, Kate, their daughter, Molly, and their lovable dog, Fozzy. In his downtime, Zach loves hanging out with friends and family, camping, playing Phase 10, enjoying live music, and hitting the bowling alley.
Zach kicked off his career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Mary's Hospital in 2004, where he developed valuable traits like patience and compassion. He also served briefly in the United States Army, which helped shape his strong core values. He brings those values into his real estate work, always putting his clients first and going the extra mile for them.
In 2023, Zach teamed up with his longtime friend and colleague, Shawna Cotter, to launch PinePoint Realty. He spent his first eight years learning the ropes as a Listing and Buyer Agent. In 2019, he ventured out to help start a new agency in New England, where he helped create systems for a large brokerage. After gaining plenty of experience, he felt ready to branch out on his own. Zach believes in fostering a supportive atmosphere for his agents, knowing that when they treat each other with professionalism and respect, it benefits their clients too.
Since joining the REALTOR Association in 2011, Zach has been passionate about its mission. He’s been a part of the Androscoggin Valley Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors since 2013, serving as President in 2018 and 2022, and currently as President of the Mountains to Shores Board of REALTORS in 2023. He was also nominated as the 2017 Realtor of the Year for the Androscoggin Valley Council. Plus, he chairs the Affordable Housing Committee, organizing fun events like an annual Bowl-A-Thon and mini golf-a-thon that raise funds for local affordable housing projects.
Zach is a laid-back and caring guy who’s dedicated to his agents and clients. He truly believes in building positive relationships and does his best to keep everyone around him happy. With Zach, you can always count on being in great hands!

Kate Blair has been a real estate agent since 2017. She is also part of the National Association of Realtors, Mountains to Shores Board of Realtors, and the Maine Association of Realtors Foundation Board. Kate works alongside her husband Zach Blair who has been in real estate since 2011. Together they make a great team to help their clients. Zach and Kate started a new adventure in early 2023 with a colleague to open and run their own real estate agency, PinePoint Realty in Greene Maine. She keeps her mind open and keeps trying to grow to be the best agent she can be for her and Zach’s buyers and sellers.

Her experience has included working in retail and childcare centers. She and her husband are raising their daughter in Maine and love it! They also have a poodle-pointer dog that has added some extra adventure to their lives. During Kate’s off hours, she enjoys dancing, cooking/baking, and learning how to garden.
